How do you ship a musical instrument?
Invest in new kraft paper, bubble wrap, and strong packing tape. Avoid packing peanuts, which can get stuck in frets and may shift during shipping. Cardboard can develop weak spots during shipping, so new boxes will give your instrument better protection. Use heavy-duty cardboard boxes or double-box your shipment.

Will my instrument arrive fully assembled?
Assembling digital pianos, drums, stands, and any other items we sell is easy! With some simple instructions and the occasional screwdriver, you're all set to go. For digital pianos, you are generally only putting together the stand itself. With the help of a friend, you then place the piano portion on top of the stand and secure it with the provided screws. Do you include a receipt or invoice in my shipment?
We do not currently include receipts or invoices in boxes that we ship. In an effort to be more eco-friendly, all of that paperwork is sent electronically (and financing information is often sent via USPS). Do you gift wrap?

Will the box show what's inside?
Yes, many of our products are shipped in the manufacturer box. These will often have images, model numbers, and other text that will indicate the contents.
