Return Labels

Return labels – We do offer a discounted return label which will be issued to you however it is up to the customer if they wish to use the return label. If return label is not used, it will not be deducted from the returns. Return label will be emailed to you upon the RMA acceptance.

Standard delivery orders normally arrive to customers within 5-14 business days. Orders placed with rush delivery will ship same business day or the next business day if we add rush delivery after the cutoff time for shipping that day. We bought 2 table clothes for a mardi gras sweet 16 and rented a few for smaller tables. We should have just bought them all. The quality was the same or better and the price was more reasonable. Also the customer service people were awesome. We literally wrote the whole order-on their chat help website and it was great.
