Do Taft shoes run true to size?
Our sneakers run closer to true to size. Most people will wear the same size in our sneakers as they do in our boots and shoes. If you have a pair of TAFT shoes or boots and they are tight on you, we recommend that you size up in our sneakers. If you aren't sure of your size and need help, PLEASE ask!
How long do Taft boots last?
1.5 yearsTaft is slightly more expensive with sleeker and more unique styles and designs. The President Boot are made with proprietary Thursday chrome leather that have proven to be durable over 1.5 years of wear.

Why are they called jack boots?

Return Criteria
All returns/exchanges require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Shipping Policy
All returned items must be sent via traceable means. Examples would be UPS, FedEx, DHL, or US Postal Service Priority Mail. Be sure to retain the tracking information for your records. The customer is responsible for the product until it is received by Tafts.
Student's Right to Cancel and Refund Policy for Students in the Juris Doctor Attorney Track Programs and Juris Doctor Executive Track Programs
The School has adopted the following refund policy. If Student cancels enrollment within five days of Student's execution of the Enrollment, the School will refund all money paid by Student. Should Student cancel this agreement within 14 days after enrollment, the School will refund 100% of tuition charges paid by the student.
Return to Title IV Refund Policy
For students receiving Federally insured student loans, the School is required to apply the federal return provisions for recipients of Federal Student Aid (FSA). The Return of Title IV Refund Policy is in addition to the School's Tuition Refund Policy. Both calculations will be completed when the student withdraws.

What to do if you can't find your package?
If you cannot locate your package, we first suggest that you check with neighbors or anyone else who may have accepted the package on your behalf. If you still can't find your package, there are a few likely possibilities. The first is the possibility of a carrier mishap meaning they mis-delivered your package. The second is that the package may have been stolen.
What happens if UPS does not approve a claim?
If UPS does not approve the claim, unfortunately there is nothing else we can do at that point.
Can you return to APO with Taft?
Exchanges and returns to APO/FPO/DPO cannot be managed by TAFT. In this instance, you will be responsible for all shipping expenses and label creation. Please reach out to support@taftclothing.com for assistance.
Does TAFT cover taxes?
To anyone considering a purchase from outside of the United States: Your order will be subject to duties and taxes on top of the purchase price of your shoes. We do not cover these costs and they will be collected upon checkout. The tax/duty rate is dependent on your location and is subject to fluctuation. TAFT is not responsible for any potential additional country fees that may occur.
