How do I return a Triangl bikini?

To initiate a return, simply email us at returns@triangl.com using the e-mail address used to order the bikini (Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. We are also unable to refund return postage costs.)

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CHEEKY & NORMAL BOTTOMS? The cheeky and normal bottoms have the same front coverage. They differ in back coverage, with the cheeky ones having 1cm less coverage compared to our normal bottoms. To further help, we also have 'on body' images on the product pages on the site too.

Overall, this brand definitely runs on the smaller size. The Large bottoms are a little tight on my hips, but I don't think I would go up another size either. The extra large top fit about as expected. I wasn't expected there to be a ton on fabric, but it definitely feels like it's on the smaller size.

I am trying to contact you to get the order number of a bathing suit I purchased for my daughter. I no longer have the original email with the order number. (I purchased the same suit in two different sizes and two diff orders. I need to return the XS suit.

I have purchased a bikini from this site and 5 days after I made my order I was contacted by someone from Triangl and told that my order was cancelled. Their rep said that there was an error on their site and because of that many out of stock items were showed as in stock. They said that I can pick another item but I refused and decided that it was better to ask for a refund.

Triangl - return shipping cost are too expensive

This was my worst online shopping experience ever! They claim they are located in USA and Australia, but all the things come from China and quality of the products is way off! When you decide to sent the stuff back they immediately agree but you will have to pay the return shipping and taxes and customs and in the end you are going to pay the double price for everything.

Triangl - problems with sizes and they don't change bikini

I ordered bikini from the company www.triangl.me. I spoke with online chat agent before I placed the order. I needed precise size of the cup. The agent told me and I choose the appropriate for me size. I got the order yesterday, but the bra was small for me. I checked the label and noticed that the size was wrong.

Triangl - I got fake tracking number and they didn't reply

I ordered swimwear from the website www.triangl.me. I got confirmation info and tracking number, but after 2 weeks when I checked the tracking number, it turned out that it was fake. Scam. I tried to contact the seller, but all my emails were returned back, ‘coz such email address didn’t exist at all.
