How does uhaul get their trucks back?
To get started, park your truck and leave the keys in the ignition. Sign into your U-Haul account on uhaul.com or the U-Haul app. After signing in, select the “Return My Truck” button. Follow the instructions on the next few screens to make sure you truck is parked in the correct area.

You pick up your equipment from a rental location near your starting point, then drop it off at a different rental location near your destination. In-Town truck, trailer and/or towing rentals are for local moves or one-time deliveries. You pick up and drop off your equipment at the same rental location.
