Returning to a Store

Returns Exclusions
Swimwear and intimates must be returned unworn, in the original packaging and with tags. Hygiene strips must be untouched. Due to hygiene reasons underwear and face masks cannot be returned.

Shipping Exceptions
Oversized merchandise (such as furniture) or any items that contain hazardous materials (such as hairspray, nail polish remover, nail polish or lithium batteries) that need to ship via Standard (Ground) must be ordered by 12/11 at 1:00 PM EST for delivery on or before 12/24.
Truck Delivery
For furniture items that ship via truck delivery and can take 2-4 weeks to deliver once shipped, orders must be placed by 11/25 at 11:59 PM EST to deliver on or before 12/24.
Holiday Return Policy
For orders placed between November 1st, 2020 and December 25th, 2020, you will be refunded to your original payment method when returned before February 28th, 2021. After February 28th, 2021, you will be issued a merchandise credit for the amount paid.
Store Pickup
Store Pickup orders may be placed through 11:59 PM EST on 12/23 to be ready to pick up before 12/25.
Collection Points
Orders shipped to our Collection Point partners may be placed through 1 PM EST on 12/11 to be ready to pick up before 12/25.

Shipping Restrictions
Certain items such as hairspray, nail polish remover, nail polish and items containing lithium batteries are required by the US Department of Transportation to be shipped via a ground service. Orders with these shipping requirements cannot be shipped outside of the contiguous US or via Rush or Express shipping methods.

Truck Delivery
Some of our larger furniture pieces are shipped using a furniture delivery company. Standard delivery hours are between 8AM and 5PM, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The delivery company will call to schedule your appointment. All truck deliveries include complementary placement of items inside your residence in your immediate entryway.
Unlimited Furniture Delivery
No matter how many Unlimited Furniture Delivery items you place in a single order, your items will be delivered via truck for one $99.95 flat-rate fee. This includes complementary placement of items inside your residence in your immediate entryway.
