Truck Delivery

For furniture items that ship via truck delivery and can take 2-4 weeks to deliver once shipped, orders must be placed by 11/25 at 11:59 PM EST to deliver on or before 12/24.

Holiday Return Policy

For orders placed between November 1st, 2020 and December 25th, 2020, you will be refunded to your original payment method when returned before February 28th, 2021. After February 28th, 2021, you will be issued a merchandise credit for the amount paid.

Store Pickup

Store Pickup orders may be placed through 11:59 PM EST on 12/23 to be ready to pick up before 12/25.

Collection Points

Truck Delivery

Some of our larger furniture pieces are shipped using a furniture delivery company. Standard delivery hours are between 8AM and 5PM, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The delivery company will call to schedule your appointment. All truck deliveries include complementary placement of items inside your residence in your immediate entryway.

Unlimited Furniture Delivery

No matter how many Unlimited Furniture Delivery items you place in a single order, your items will be delivered via truck for one $99.95 flat-rate fee. This includes complementary placement of items inside your residence in your immediate entryway.
