Only merchandise received by our Van Cleef & Arpels e-boutique distribution center will be eligible for a refund or exchange. You may be able to return the product to a Van Cleef & Arpels retail boutique in the country where your product was delivered. Please call the Client Relations Center for further details.

Engraved or embossed products, as well as special order, personalized and made-to-order creations, cannot be returned to Van Cleef and Arpels for exchange or refund.
