If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact Customer Service to receive an authorization number to return your product within 14 days of receiving your product for a refund, exchange or credit.
OBTAINING A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER
For information about returning a product, please call us at 800-991-4322 or email us at support@voltgrooming.com. All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#). VOLT cannot track the return if items do not have a Return Authorization Number, and therefore, cannot guarantee a refund.
UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS
Non-refundable items include shipping and handling charges, duties or surcharges, classes or workshops, or final sales. There are no exchanges or returns on items marked as final sale. No price adjustments given on final sale items.

How long does it take to return a voltheat?
If products purchased from voltheat.com do not meet your expectations, you may return it with the packing slip within 30 days of purchase. Returned products must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging and accessories (including product manuals and instructions).
How to turn on battery on Volt Heat?
In order for you to turn “ON” the battery, you must first plug it into your Volt Heat product. Once plugged into the product, press and hold the power button for 2 seconds and your battery will turn “ ON”.
Can you use a Volt Heat charger with a different battery?
No. Never connect your Volt Heat product with any other battery or charger not produced by us regardless of how similar the plugs may look, may feel, or appear to fit or work together. Failure to do so can cause damage to your product and doing will void your product from warranty.
