Can you return Warmies?
Please email Warmies customer service within 30 days of purchase to obtain an RMA # & return instruction. All items must be in new and unused condition with all tags and packaging affixed. Please do not return items in unsaleable condition as we cannot refund your purchase for these items.
What happens if you wash a Warmies stuffed animal?
This will not harm the fabric. Surface wash only with a lightly damp cloth – DO NOT immerse in water, as this will harm filling material. All Warmies® products have been designed and manufactured to last for years and can be reheated thousands of times.
What happens if I overheat my Warmie?
If your Warmies® product has been overheated by mistake you should dispose of it in normal household waste after allowing it to cool to room temperature. Yes, this is quite normal due to the natural moisture content of the filling material and will cease after the first few uses.
Can Warmies catch on fire?
Mine caught on fire in the mircowave! His foot melted and then flamed up. Very scary. I'd say put in no more than 40 seconds.
Do Warmies attract bugs?
