Gas powered outdoor equipment can only be returned if oil or gas was never put into it. Gas powered items that were used may not be returned, even if the fuel has been drained..Seriously I can't believe how horrible this business is. I really think they want to go out of business. If you buy online, you can not return to stores. And trying to get a hold of customer service is nearly impossible. I have called five times, spending roughly an hour on hold each time. The agents says they are sending me the return label. But it never comes. Also you have to pay for returns. Do yourself a favor read this review and stay as far away from ace as you can.
