If you purchased a 55″ Vibe board (s) directly from Vibe, you can request a return within the first 30 days after you have received delivery of your product. However, you need to pay the return delivery fee ($300 USD/ unit). For Amazon purchases, please contact us through Amazon.
Vibe Stand
If you purchased a Vibe Stand the returned product (s) must be UNOPENED as you received them with the original package (s) and you are responsible for the shipping cost ($300-350 USD/ unit) and risk of loss of such return shipment. Once the package is opened, the product CANNOT be returned.
Refunds
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund and it has been more than 5 days since we processed your refund, please check your bank account again.
Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival. Damaged or defective products must be reported within 7 business days of delivery to be eligible for an exchange.
Shipping
Upon review of the RMA request, Vibe will provide a shipping label for you to return the product. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping and handling costs for returning your item. These costs are non-refundable.
