How long does it take for YLighting to replace an item?
After 30 days, YLighting will make every attempt to replace your item, but charges may apply. Requests to replace an item always receive priority handling at YLighting to keep your project on track. But, please note that these requests are subject to availability.
What is Ylighting's policy?
Below is YLighting's policy as it relates to Damaged goods, items that have been damaged by the carrier while in transit. Please note that damaged goods are different from items that have factory defects, missing parts or other problems originating prior to shipment.
Can you get a refund for YLighting?
If a returned item is found to be in working condition upon inspection, you may not be eligible for a refund and may incur a restocking fee. YLighting is not responsible for reimbursement of any labor costs or project delays that may occur due to the receipt of defective goods.
Does YLighting cover shipping?
Replacements are sent free of charge, and YLighting will cover any return shipping costs and the shipping of the replacement product. YLighting will send you return instructions to follow. Please do not discard the defective product until you receive these instructions.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?
We offer free shipping on most orders over $49. Orders that do not meet the $49 threshold are charged a $12.99 flat rate shipping fee. There are select product exclusions (unusually large or bulky items) that do carry associated shipping or handling charges. Additionally certain manufacturers require that we, as an authorized dealer, pass along specific shipping costs to the customer as well. In these cases, the total shipping charges are clearly identified on the product page or during checkout. For select products, upgraded delivery options may be available for purchase during checkout.
When Will My Order Ship?
We search the world to bring you the best assortment in modern design. Depending on what you order, your item might be sitting on a warehouse shelf just around the corner, or will be custom-made for you overseas. These factors impact the lead time required to prepare your order for shipment. We commit to giving you as much information as possible every step of the way during your order process and while you wait for your order to arrive.
How long does it take for a small package to arrive?
Small parcel items ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS and generally take 1-10 business days to arrive. *Please note: The vast majority of our items ship with no signature required, but this is always done at the discretion of the delivery driver.
Does YLighting charge GST?
This total does not include the Goods and Services Tax (GST) or customs duties which will be due upon receipt of delivery.
How to return an item to UPS?
To begin a return request, click here , locate the correct order and item you would like to return, then follow the instructions from there. Once your return request has been authorized, you can download your shipping labels or receive them by email . Simply print, attach to the box and drop off at your local UPS store. If you prefer to use your own shipping account, please let us know so we can provide further shipping instructions if that is an option for the return of your product.
How long do you have to report a defective product?
We work with you to resolve these issues, but you must report any product defect within 30 days of receiving your order.
How long does it take to return Ylighting?
YLighting accepts returns on a vast majority of our products—in new, uninstalled condition and original packaging—within 30 days of receipt, unless otherwise noted on the item’s product page.

Can you ship a fragile item?
Unfortunately, fragile items are sometimes damaged in shipping. We also understand the need to pre-order and plan for your design needs. As part of that process, we ask that you inspect all items individually once they arrive so that any damage claims can be made immediately. If your item arrives damaged or with parts missing, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt of the item (s). We will arrange a prompt replacement of the item. We will also request that you provide photos of any damaged product, along with the product packaging. Please contact our Customer Service Team and we will be happy to replace the item or send replacement parts as soon as possible. In some instances it is possible to repair damages and/or defects with replacement parts. When this is the case, we reserve the right to utilize this as a solution.
