Can I return Young Living products?

If you are a Young Living customer or professional account customer and are dissatisfied with any Young Living product, you may return: Any unopened product within 30 days after shipment for a full refund in the same method of payment of the purchase price and applicable sales tax (less shipping charges).

Can I cancel my Young Living membership?

If you cancel your subscription, you forfeit all unused Essential Rewards points. You must contact Member Services to cancel your subscription. Your monthly subscription to the program, if resumed, will accumulate points again at the 10 percent level.

Can I resell Young Living products?

Members and Professional Account customers can sell Young Living products on their individual URLs and independent member retail sites. To do so, they must register their URL with Young Living by emailing onlinesales@youngliving.com.

Do Young Living diffusers have a warranty?

The quality of these diffusers is not only superior, but Young Living diffusers come with a warranty. If your diffuser malfunctions within the first 12 months of the original purchase date, they will replace it. The warranty will not protect your diffuser if you have damaged it or failed to care for it properly.

While it's not recommended to diffuse essential oils overnight, you could leave a diffuser with plain water going overnight if you wish. Make sure it has a large enough reservoir to continue diffusing for that length of time.
