It did not indicate that you CANNOT return any item purchased online to a store location. Also, you will have to pay the shipping charges, which can be very expensive depending on the weight and size!

I would not have purchased the pillow online had I been informed I could not return it to the store. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, the person hung up on me. Very rude and unprofessional!
