Do not do it
Stay far away. The pay is definitely competitive for retail ($24-$28) for ASM roles, but not worth the stress. Roles are not clearly defined and the CEO is batstuff crazy.

The people that I work with are absolutely amazing. Not only are they all incredibly smart and talented, they are funny and caring as well. I have never felt so at home so quickly at a company before.
