Can you return sunglasses that have been engraved?
Sunglasses, Boots, Leather goods, & Writing Instruments and most non-watch items qualify for our 30-day return policy. Items that have been sized, engraved, or modified in any way cannot be returned. There is no repair warranty for Sunglasses, Boots, Leather goods, and Writing Instruments and most non-watch products currently.

Shipping Timelines
Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order date, however, your order processing may be delayed by an additional 2 business days, if placed after 11:00 a.m. EST. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Shipment Tracking
We send customers a notification email containing tracking information the evening your order is shipped. You can also track orders by logging into your account. Click on ‘My Orders’ and a tracking number can be found under ‘View’.
Signature Required
All orders valued over $1000 USD will require a signature before the carrier can release the package. Please make sure that an adult is available to sign for the package during the expected time of delivery. All deliveries made by USPS do NOT require a signature.
