Are Azazie dresses refundable?
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR MIS-SHIPPED DRESSES: Azazie will issue a full refund including tax and shipping for any damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items as long as we are notified within 30 days of delivery to you.
How do you send back Azazie?
You do not need to initiate a return as it has already been approved. Simply box the try-on dresses back up in the box they arrived in, place the pre-paid return label we provided on top, and drop off at the appropriate carrier (listed on the label) within 7 days of your order arriving.

We are only able to offer alteration reimbursements to customers who have purchased a custom size dress. We do not offer alteration reimbursements for standard size dresses as these are returnable. Alteration requests must be submitted to us within 6 months of placing your order.

We cannot cancel orders past the designated 30 minute/72 hour cancellation window. At this point, the order is being processed/moved into production. You'll need to wait for the order to arrive and request a return, if applicable (custom sizing, swatches, and ready to ship dresses are nonreturnable ).
IMPORTANT NOTES
Once a cancellation request is processed, it cannot be reversed. You would need to place a new order to get the item (s).
CHANGE LIMITATIONS
Please keep in mind that we cannot add or remove items to an order. If you ordered too many items or not enough, you can process a cancellation (if within your window) and place a new order with the correct items.
DESIGN CHANGES
Unless otherwise noted in a dress's description, we cannot make any changes that would alter the design of the dress such as removing sashes or bows, adding or subtracting length, etc. If you like a dress but want an added or removed feature, use our handy filters to see if you can find a similar style that already comes with the features you are looking for..
