Can you return items that are unworn?
You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with the original tags/packaging attached.
Can you return items with non-returnable marks?
Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts can not be returned.
Is shipping refundable?
Shipping is non-refundable. In the case of returns, shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using USPS and a polymailer in most cases for the most economical return shipping prices. Please email customer service if you need recommendations.
DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?
We are unable to process exchanges at this time. We suggest ordering the new item and size instead and we will be happy to issue a store credit once the previous item is returned. This also prevents the item you may prefer from selling out before we are able to respond.
