What happens if I return something on Babylist?
We offer refunds to the original methods of payment if the return is a personal order, or as a Babylist Store credit if the return is a gift return. Refunds will be issued no later than the 5th business day after your return is delivered to our warehouse.

Click "Cancel Reservation" to remove it from their cart. We won't notify your Gift Giver that you removed the items but it's important to note that you may receive duplicate gifts if the original Gift Giver does end up purchasing those items.

To return a Babylist Shop gift, click on "Gift Tracker" on the left side of your registry. Find the Babylist item you'd like to return (order number will start with BLS) on your “Gift Tracker” page and click RETURN. Please note: The Gift Giver will not be notified of your return.
