Can I place a replacement order after my LEMS card has been refunded?
If you do not want two Lems charges on your card at one time, you can wait until you receive an email from us saying that your card has been refunded. From there, you can place your replacement order. I attempted to complete your Return request form, but I am unable to do so; how should I proceed with a return?
What is the return policy for unworn shoes?
We are happy to accept returns for your UNWORN shoes within 45 days of purchase for a full refund on the retail price only, minus $8.00 for the return shipping label.
How do you ship LEMS shoes?
The shoes are a gift. We ship all of our orders in white plastic shipping bags or in plain cardboard boxes. The only place you can see the name LEMS SHOES is on the shipping label which we cannot black out. Do you offer expedited shipping options? Not at this time.
Can I use my LEMS gift card as a payment method?
Our system can only process one payment method UNLESS you are using a Lems Gift Card and some other form of payment like a credit card or PayPal to cover the difference in cost. Can I use a prepaid gift card (non-Lems) on your website?

Do lems run big or small?
smallLems shoes run small, don't be surprised if they recommend one or more sizes bigger that what you wear in other brands.
Do you wear socks with LEMS shoes?
The shoe is designed to be worn without the insole, with or without socks (the website actually recommends going sockless), and all of those combinations work well since there aren't any raised seems to bother your feet.
Are lems comfortable?
They're flexible and comfortable. These have just a bit more cushion than some barefoot style shoes, which I like, but my feet can still flex and bend easily. I fell very agile when wearing these shoes. The quilted lining is soft and adds some warmth in cool weather.

Lems only manufacture our shoes in whole sizes. If you only manufacture whole sizes how much larger/smaller is it between sizes? Primal2: will vary 1/3” in length and 1/8” in width between each size. Casual Styles (Boulder Boot, Nine2Five and Mariner): will vary 1/4” in length and 1/8” in width between each size.
Are lems Boulder boots good for hiking?
The Lems Boulder Boots are best for Urban Hikers, Day Hikers, and Car Campers They perform exceedingly well for anyone accustomed to zero-drop shoes, and would be ideal for international adventures due to their packability. That said, a more technical boot is best for long wilderness backpacking treks.
