What is covered under the B&H Photo warranty?
The warranty covers all operational/functional defects encountered in normal use of the product and does not cover defects due to the product being misused or mishandled including drops, spills, sand or if the item has been tampered with other than by B&H Photo.
Why did you stop buying cameras from B&H?
I've purchased regularly from B&H and been happy with them for a long time, but stopped buying cameras from them when they changed their return policy to refuse returns of cameras with more than 200 shutter clicks.
