All returns must be approved and issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Please call 1-800-317-0479 or email: support@bikeberry.com to be issued an RMA number. The return shipping, insurance, and tracking number is the responsibility of the buyer.
Can you return a product that has been altered?
Returns will not be accepted on products that have been altered in any way. Missing accessories will result in a reduced credit amount by the actual replacement cost of those items. The item must be shipped back with care as not to be received damaged.

What happens if you return an item during a promotion?
The return of items purchased during a promotion may cause the promotional terms to no longer be met. In this case, the value of the returned item and any items included in the promotion will be recalculated to match the new terms of sale.
How long does it take to get a special order back?
Special orders can only be returned in-store within 45 days from the date of purchase. This service is only offered in select stores.
Can money cards be returned?
Any item eligible for a return must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition, with the price tags still attached. A money card cannot be replaced or refunded if lost or stolen. Merchandise purchased in one of our boutiques can only be returned or exchanged in store.
Can I get a refund from Bikini Village?
Bikini Village is pleased to offer refunds on all products purchased online, within 45 days of purchase. Refunds can be granted either by mail or at one of our store locations and exchanges can be granted in-store only. A gift/money card cannot be refunded nor replaced if lost or stolen.
