We gladly accept any unused items that are in the original packaging and are in resellable condition for return or exchange within 30 days of the order date.

How do you charge a Casely case?

You can charge the case with the same Lightning cable you use for your iPhone. Charge it on its own, or charge it and your iPhone simultaneously with the iPhone in the case. The power button is on the back of the case, as well as four indicator lights, which let you know how much power is in the case.

The first charge can take anywhere from 3-6 hours, depending on the battery level when you received it. You will know the case is fully charged when all four lights on the back of the case are solid white, and none of them blinking while still on the charger.
