Can I return Birkenstocks I bought online in store?
Products purchased on www.birkenstock.com/us must be returned online at www.birkenstock.com/us/returns. They cannot be returned to a Birkenstock store or authorized retailer.
Can I return Birkenstocks after trying them on?
Returns must be made, or at least brought to our attention, within 30 days of your products' arrival. The product or products must also be in unworn condition and in the same packaging (shoebox) they were sent to you in. Products returned in a condition other than the one stated above may not qualify for a refund.
Can I return my online order?
Go to the online site where you purchased your merchandise. Find and read the return policy. Most online stores will only accept returns of unused and unopened items. If it is clothing, you must keep the tags on the clothing in order to return the purchase.
Does Birkenstock pay for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on returns and exchanges. We only accept returns purchased from Simply Birkenstock and within 30 days of delivery. After this time period you will receive a store credit (or exchange). The shoe box must be shipped inside a shipping box.
Are Birkenstocks guaranteed for life?

How long do Birkenstock returns take?
A refund of the purchase price will be approved once we have received and examined the returned items. In our experience, after approval a refund to a bank account can take up to five workdays. If payment has been made using PayPal, the refund can take up to ten workdays after approval.

Are soft bed Birkenstocks vs regular?
The soft footbed is exactly the same construction as the regular footbed. The only difference is underneath the suede layer and right above the jute layer is a layer of memory foam. It's not that soft. You can feel it when your shoe is new, but it's not like squishy like wearing a Nike if that makes sense.
