How do I make a claim under the Blundstone warranty?
If you believe the footwear or accessories you have purchased, directly from Blundstone or from one of our approved resellers, contains a manufacturing fault and wish to make a claim under this warranty, you must return the product (at your own cost) to the place of purchase for assessment. Please ensure you provide the original purchase receipt.
Can I tape up my Blundstone shoe box?
Please do not tape up the Blundstone shoe box and return it as the shipping box – use the box that the boots shipped in or something similar. Failure to do this may result in our being unable to issue a refund or exchange.
