Boot barn accepts online orders to be returned via UPS with their prepaid return shipping label. There is a $10 fee for this service. Use all original packaging and the original shipping box or shipping bag. Failure to comply will result in a restocking fee. You may also return any Boot Barn item to any physical Boot Barn retail location.
