Rug bugs
Ordered three rugs, one of which was a fun shag for a bedroom. Unfortunately I have been vacuuming up the grossest bugs ever since I unrolled it! They are embedded deep in the rug and I keep finding them crawling out. It's so disgusting! I will not shop here again because of it.

I am very happy with the rugs I bought. There was however an issue with the ordering part. Specifically, I changed my mind on the sizes I purchased and was told I could cancel within an hour of placing the order. I was well within an hour but the computer wouldn't let me cancel.

I started a return process before my 30 day period through email. They didn’t resolve any issues and now the website says I’m past 30 days even with my documentation. I am very displeased with this service and no one will return my emails.
