General Shipping Policy

Bulbs.com will ship via ground shipping service to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States for a flat shipping charge of 11.95 for orders under $99. Upgraded services are available (Next Day, 2nd Day, etc.) for an additional charge. Costs associated with an upgrade are based on the final weight of the shipment.

Out-of-Stock Items and Back Orders

In the event only some products are in stock at the time the order is placed, the in-stock items will be shipped immediately. The backordered items will then ship via ground shipping service when stock is replenished at no additional charge.

Shipments to Canada

Orders shipping to Canada will incur shipping charges based on the order weight at the time of sale.

International Shipments

The minimum amount for orders outside the 50 United States and Canada is $100.00 (U.S.). Bulbs.com will ship via DHL, UPS, FedEx or through a U.S. freight forwarder of the customer's choosing. Additional shipping charges will apply. Title and risk of loss of the products pass to the customer upon delivery at the freight forwarder.
