Can I return Byte impression kit?
Return Your Impression Kit Every package includes a return envelope with prepaid return shipping. Sometimes the envelope is mistaken as packaging padding so don't accidentally throw it away. When you're done with your impressions, pop the kit inside the envelope and send back.

How do I get rid of Byte aligners?
The easiest place to do this is beside your back molar. Pull down to unhook the aligner. Then, pull the aligner the rest of the way out of your mouth. Clean your aligner tool as directed, or if you're using a disposable remover, throw it away.
Can aligners make your teeth fall out?

Can I return Byte aligners?
For your safety, we do not accept returns. Most products ship the same day they are ordered, or in the case of custom aligners we begin production of your custom aligners as soon as you complete your aligner purchase. Once an order has been placed we cannot accept exchanges, returns or refunds.
Can Byte pull teeth down?
No. Byte invisible aligners are cut straight across. This is the best way for the aligners to grip your teeth and create the gentle force needed to straighten them.
Can Byte move teeth down?
Currently, there are no studies proving that Byte can straighten teeth. However, studies show that aligner treatment works on mild to moderate teeth alignment issues, regardless of the brand.
Can you use Byte with missing teeth?
It's a good idea to wait six weeks after having your wisdom teeth removed to start treatment with Byte aligners. You might be able to start sooner if your surgeon says it's okay, but you'll need to provide a signed release form from the office where you had the procedure done. I still have my wisdom teeth.
