What is Caden Lane's shipping policy?

We appreciate your patience and understanding, everyone is working as fast as they can. Caden Lane uses UPS and USPS for most shipping. Shipping charges are calculated automatically in the shopping cart depending on the total cost of your purchase. Caden Lane is not responsible for items lost, stolen, and/or damaged in transit.

Our office hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm CST. For quickest service - please fill out the form below. We do our best to reply to all emails within 24 hours Monday - Friday. (Helpful hint: add orders@cadenlane.com to your contact list so our reply doesn't end up in your junk mail.)

What is the refund policy for returned gifted items?

The items you returned to us have been washed and worn (which tell us that you returned the gifted items that were gifted to you several months ago). We can not offer a refund for those items as they have clearly been washed and worn (per our company policy).

Can you return to Caden Lane?

If eligible, you are welcome to return your item once you receive it. Promo Codes: All promo codes, gift cards, or store credit must be used at the time of order placement. We can NOT adjust an order once it's been placed.

How long does Caden Lane take to ship?

How many Swaddles do I need?

How many swaddling blankets do I need? You'll probably want a minimum of three swaddling blanket options. Think of having enough swaddles to have one on your baby, one in the laundry, and one in case of emergency.

What should baby wear coming home from hospital?

Dress your baby as you would dress yourself. So, if you'd be too warm in a knitted hat during the summer, your baby probably will be, too. In warm weather, dress your baby in a T-shirt and light cotton pants or a baby blanket over bare legs. If it's cold, put footie pajamas, a hat, and warm blanket over your baby.

How many crib sheets do I need?

If you want to place fresh sheets in your baby's crib once a week, plan for two or three crib sheets. But if you plan on changing your crib sheets out every day, we recommend having at least five to seven crib sheets. To stay on the safe side, take into account the amount of unpredictable messes.

How long does it take to repair a damaged item?

We allow up to 18 days to correct damaged items after the item has been delivered. Please make sure to inspect your product upon arrival as we can not replace damaged products after 18 days.

Do we accept returns on special order items?

Some of our items are special (made-to-order) items. Please note that we do not accept returns on items labeled as ‘Special Order Items’.

Can you change fonts on Caden Lane?

We have several wonderful graphic designers that specifically design all personalized orders that are placed through Caden Lane. We are unable to change the fonts as pictured on the item listing; however, if you have a specific request (particularly regarding spacing/stacking of names and capitalization), you MUST leave a note at checkout. If you placed your order and forgot to leave a note at checkout, you are able to log into your account and enter a note post checkout. Please note that personalized orders get made and pushed into production very quickly, so if you leave a note post checkout, we can not guarantee that we will see it before the item goes into production.

Do you need a signature for a Cadenlane order?

Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box since some items are custom-made and may require extra care. Some orders may require a signature for delivery. If you would like more details or to inquire if your order may require a signature, please email orders@cadenlane.com.
