How long will it take to receive my order? At Cavender's, we begin the fulfillment process immediately. Your order will normally ship within 24-48 hours, but may take longer due to inventory fluctuations. Orders placed after 11:00am CST are processed the following day.
Can you return boots after wearing them?
You can only return them for refund or exchange if they are unworn, in the original product packaging, and you have the receipt or invoice. While they say you can return items for any reason for up to 60 days, they can't appear to have been worn.

We are committed to total customer satisfaction. That's why we give you up to a full year to return items that are in new, unworn condition with tags attached. Additionally, we never charge a restocking fee on retail orders.

Cavender's was established by Pat and James Cavender in 1965 in a rural town in Texas. The product line wasn't large during that time as shoppers could only buy Tony Lama boots in one of three styles. Today, the store has a large selection of Western products that represent themes of the Old West.
