Bikes with any damage beyond normal wear and tear (such as minor nicks, scratches, dirt on the tires, etc.) are not eligible for return. Damaged bikes will be returned to you at your cost. Bikes damaged due to negligence or abuse are not eligible for return. Bikes must be returned in the original box and/or packaging.

Can you return a product to Backcountry?
All returns must be made in accordance with the Backcountry Return Policy. If a Program Participant purchases a Full Price product and then returns that product, Loyalty Credits earned from the purchase will be forfeited. In the event of a return of a product for which Loyalty Credits are issued, and upon the Company’s acceptance of any such return for a refund, Backcountry will deduct the credit earned on the returned product from the Program Participant’s credit balance. If a Program Participant uses Loyalty Credit as payment for another product and the remaining credit balance is less than the deduction, the Program Participant will be refunded the purchase price less the credits used.
What if I return an item I purchased with credits?
Should you return an item or items you purchased with credits, we’ll return to your your account the amount of credits you used to make the purchase. Return credits are applied to your account before any other payment method is considered when we process a return. Also, we give you at least 30 days to use your return credits, so you don’t have to worry about credits that were about to expire before you made your purchase.

Do credits expire before others?
Credits expire in the order that they’re earned, and because you earn credits through multiple purchases and on different days, some credits expire before others. When credits are redeemed toward a purchase, those credits expiring the soonest are applied first. Any remaining credits represent those that were earned most recently, and thus, expire last. This ensures that you always have the maximum amount of time to use any credits in your account.
