What is the return policy at Sportsmans Warehouse?
Items purchased from Sportsman's Warehouse retail stores may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase provided the following is satisfied: Merchandise is in resalable condition with original packaging. Original sales receipt or original gift receipt is presented.
Does Sportsman's Warehouse layaway guns?
We do not currently offer layaway for online items. Anything ordered online would need to be paid in full and is then shipped to the store. Our physical store locations do offer layaway on in-stock items, please call or visit your local Sportsman's Warehouse for details and availability.
Can you cancel an online order from Sportsmans Warehouse?

All firearms will be shipped to the store you selected at no additional cost. The store will notify you when your order arrives. Orders will usually be available within 7-10 days.
Can I return ammunition?
There are currently no federal laws prohibiting you from returning the ammunition to any retail store, but Walmart stands firm on its policy. It has been speculated on online forums that such a protocol is established to prevent customers from returning ammo that has been tampered with.
What is cabelas return policy?
In most cases, if the item was purchased through the catalog or online, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund either by mail or at the store within 60 days of purchase with a valid proof of purchase. We will accept items returned after 60 days on an inspection basis only.

Can you get a refund for a defective product?
No refunds or exchanges will be made for a product that has been misused or purposely damaged. A faulty product will, where relevant, be subject to a technical assessment by a specialist before being repaired, replaced or refunded.
Can you still accept damaged cartons on a waybill?
If the receiving person chooses to still accept the damaged carton, the waybill will reflect that a damaged parcel was received and accepted with both parties co-signing. The vast majority of our orders are shipped via UPS ground, with the exception of gift card orders that ship USPS. All orders will be processed the same day if received before 11:00 AM MST, if received after the 11:00 AM MST deadline it will be processed the following day. Ship-to-Store orders ship once a week with the store’s merchandise.
