How do I exchange an item in my crossroads order?
To exchange an item please visit your local Crossroads store or return your item and place a new order for the different size, colour or style. Crossroads are not responsible for the loss or theft of gift vouchers and credit notes and therefore they are not replaceable.

Store purchases cannot be returned online. They must be returned to one of our stores. You must have an original copy of the receipt. If you do not have a receipt, but you purchased using your membership account, our store team will be able to find your order in our system.
