Well, in December - January I ordered, over the span of that 2 months, 6 pairs of $2000 speakers and ended up buying one pair (Sonus Faber).

I've read that Audio Advisor operates similarly with their return policy, and will stop selling to some customers after a certain 'acceptable' threshold of returns has been reached. Can't blame them as it does directly affect their bottom line in both shipping costs and decreased value of open box returned items.

But the policy is their creation. They have such a policy because it brings them more business. Sure, its reasonable that they have a returns threshold. But when they don't state what that threshold is, how can anyone know?
