Cubavera.com will gladly honor a one-time price adjustment if an item is marked down within 14 days of placing your order. Please visit our online Customer Support Center for further assistance within the 14 day window. The difference will be refunded to your original form of payment.

STANDARD
Standard shipping orders must be received, verified and credit card authorized by 12 pm EST Monday-Friday to ship the same day. Standard shipping orders typically arrive in 5 to 10 business days from the date your order was placed.
EXPEDITED
Expedited shipping orders must be received and credit card authorized by 12 pm EST Monday –Thursday, for delivery in 2-3 business days. Expedited shipping to rural routes and remote locations typically arrives within 3 business days.
OVERNIGHT
Overnight shipping orders must be received and credit card authorized by 12 pm EST Monday – Thursday. Overnight shipping orders placed on Friday, weekends or Federal Holidays will ship on the next business day.
SHIPPING ADDRESS OPTIONS
We currently do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. APO/FPO addresses should have "US Armed Forces" selected as the country and city as APO,FPO or DPO to ensure correct routing.

Tried to get a replacement for a shirt I just received, went through the website on there return policy and it showed my "invoice does not exist" I then emailed customer service and I'm still waiting for a response. It's been a week.
