If you would like to return or exchange your product to one of our Dania Furniture stores, the best way to expedite the process is to contact Customer Care via the CONTACT US form on this page. Most merchandise comes with a manufacturer’s warranty which takes precedence over any other warranty.
What is the return policy for items that have shipped?
If the product has been packed and prepared for delivery, a restocking fee will generally apply. If an order has shipped, merchandise may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt of merchandise provided all original packaging has been retained.

How long does it take to get a refund from a store?
If paid by check or cash in store, a refund check will be mailed to you within 21 days. Payment by bank card can be processed immediately upon the product being returned.
