Refunds/exchanges must be approved by the manager/pharmacist on duty prior to being processed. Returns will not be accepted based on effects or feeling preferences. In the event of a dispensing error or recall a refund or exchange must be offered. Discounts may be given at manager/pharmacist discretion.

Returns

We do not accept returns on used products. Even if you only used it once and washed it out. No exceptions. We at theafterdispensary.com sell only the highest quality glass pipes and accessories at the lowest prices on the market to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

Refunds (Seller Error)

The After Dispensary only accepts returns on un-used products, and a return claim must be filed within five days of the delivery date. If the return is due to The After Dispensary’s error (wrong product/piece missing/etc.), we will send you a prepaid shipping label, and you simply need to drop the package off at the post office.

Refunds (Buyer Preference)

All returns due to buyer preference will be subject to a 20% restocking fee OR the option of store credit for the full amount of your purchase. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and buyer is responsible for any return shipping fees incurred on preference-based returns.

Damaged Product

What to do if your product is damaged upon arrival: We at The After Dispensary go through enormous efforts to properly package and ship all orders to prevent breaking. Our packing methods ensure your glass pieces will arrive at your doorstep safely and in perfect working condition.
