Great scent but shipping and packaging could be improved
Ordered their version of Rose 31 of Le Labo. Would have appreciated less pop-ups and constant offers to buy more items. Shipping took 5-6 days and the status update never updated on OSM/USPS. Thankfully the package arrived one day. Scent itself was great. Sticker on bottle was poorly applied.

I've ordered 3 different times & no issues my way... Will purchase from again. It took about 4-5 days each order & out of the 9 bottles I have total only one I'm not big fan of. Would recommend IMO!!

Guaranteed purchase? NOT. Not if you choose to be kind and exchange Rather than return your purchase. Because then your exchange is no longer guaranteed for another exchange nor for a refund. The company's shady. pass.
Terrible shipping
An order from Jan. 25th has been sitting for days with a very well known unreliable and terrible shipping partner called OSM worldwide and dossier continues to dodge questions as to its sitting, why they chose to let my package be handle by such a terrible company and what will they do about it to resolve the issue.
Poor customer service, strict return policy, cheap for a reason
Some scents are close to the original but you can smell the difference. Poor customer service and strict 30 day return policy with no reasonable exceptions, it seems. There are lots of other perfume companies similar to Dossier with better client services. Will be taking my business elsewhere and will spread the word.
NOT risk-free, do not buy
Dossier claims they are risk-free and you can try any of their scents for 30 days, if you do not like them send them back. BUT you can only do this one time god forbid you spend MORE money on an exchange and do not like the scents you cannot return or exchange them.
