If the item is in stock you only have a short time from when you placed your order to cancel that item. You may contact EAP to cancel an item that is on backorder and has not shipped. Cancelling items can be done online, by email, or by phone.

How long is a return material authorization valid?

For assistance with a return, you can also call 800.432.8542 for personal assistance. RMAs are valid for 15 days.

How long is Encompass warranty good for?

Defective Return. Encompass will honor the manufacturer's warranty on a product sold by Encompass. Most, but not all, products are warranted for 90 days from the date of the original invoice. We automatically order a replacement part for the defective item, which is billed up front.

How long does it take to get credit for core returns?

Cores failing to meet these requirements will not be eligible for credit and cannot be returned: Cores returned within 90 days from the original invoice date will receive full credit.

Is shipping and handling costs refundable?

Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. All returns are subject to inspection and approval prior to credit being issued. Non-approved returns will be shipped back to customers at their expense. Items incorrectly shipped to Encompass will be returned to customers at their expense.

Can you return special order items?

Special order items are not returnable. Returns will be credited the purchase price and applicable taxes, less any restocking and or packaging fees, to the original credit card or to your Encompass account. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

Does Encompass pay for shipping?

Encompass does not pay the shipping costs for any parts returned to us from outside the U.S. for any reason. Customers are responsible for all shipping, duties and customs fees for any replacement parts, as well.

How much does Easy Appliance Parts cover?

If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50, Easy Appliance Parts will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.

Can I return a part that was damaged during shipping?

No, there’s no need to return a part received damaged during shipping. All we ask is to send cs@appliancepartspros.com an email with model, serial number and include a photo of the box, damaged part and shipping invoice. We will ship a replacement part once this information has been received.

Does AppliancePartsPros.com offer returns?

No, AppliancePartsPros.com does not provide a return shipping label. You may choose the carrier of your choice such as USPS, FedEx or UPS or you may purchase a prepaid label from AppliancePartsPros.com. AppliancePartsPros.com does not offer refunds on shipping charges or surcharges for return items.
