ERIK'S will gladly accept returns within 30 days of original purchase date. Items must be in new condition, with original packaging and include all manuals and accessories provided with the product. Returns and Exchanges can be done at an ERIK'S retail store or by mail, but there are exceptions.

Select bikes purchased from ERIK'S within the last 6 years may qualify for store credit you can use towards a new bike... or anything else we sell! Bikes within 2 years of the purchase date: ERIK'S will give you up to 50% of the MSRP in store credit!

What is the Erik's used bike trade-in program?

Bike between 4-6 years of the purchase date: ERIK'S will give you up to 25% of the MSRP in store credit! Bike between 7-12 years of the purchase date: May qualify for our Used Bike Trade-In Program. See details below. Note: Used bikes purchased from ERIK'S only qualify for our standard Used Bike Trade-In Program below.

How much in-store credit do I get for my ebike purchase?

Bikes within 2 years of the purchase date: ERIK'S will give you up to 50% of the MSRP in store credit! Bike between 2-4 years of the purchase date: ERIK'S will give you up to 33% of the MSRP in store credit!

Why can't I buy this item online?

We are not allowed to ship to you some bikes listed on our website due to manufacturer restrictions. For these products, you can buy online and pickup in-store, or you can go to a store to purchase.

Why is this bike not allowing me to pick it up in-store or ship to me? It is showing up on your site

shopERIKS.com shows our entire inventory of bikes. This includes bikes at our distribution center and our stores. Some of these bikes cannot be shipped due to manufacturer restrictions. Other bikes cannot be shipped and/or picked-up in-store due to being located at a store in a market outside of your location.

Why is there a charge for this item for "Pickup In-Store"?

If an item you've ordered is not available at your pickup location or our distribution center, there may be extra charges involved in getting the item to your specified ERIK'S shop. Any charges involved in getting the item to your pickup store will show on the checkout page as Handling Fees.

Why can't I pick my "Pickup In-Store" order today?

Inventory varies from store-to-store. When you order online and chose "Pickup In-Store" we may need to transfer your item (s) from another nearby location or our distribution center. This will impact the timeframe in which your order will be ready for pickup.

Warranty Policy

Manufacturer's Warranties only cover Manufacturers Defects. If your item is damaged due to misuse, wear and tear or abuse, it will not be covered by Warranty

If this is regarding a product you bought new online from ERIK'S Webstore, fill out the Warranty Evaluation Request below. We will respond to all Warranty Evaluation Requests within 2 business days, and will work with the Manufacturer to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Shipping Note

In almost all instances, the customer is liable for shipping charges to get the damaged item back to ERIK'S or the Manufacturer

What is a bike service plan?

The Standard Bike Service Plans are perfect for any cyclist interested in keep their bike in great riding condition. These are designed for the bike that gets low to moderate usage. Bring your bike in for adjustments as often as you need.

Can you transfer your Eriks bike service plan to another owner?

No, the plan cannot be transferred to another owner if the bike is sold. The plan cannot be transferred to another bike. Is the plan valid at any ERIK'S? Yes, no matter which ERIK'S you purchased your service plan at, bring your to your most convenient ERIK'S when you need service.

Can you transfer an Eriks plan to another customer?

Fine Print: Plan is not transferable to another customer. Plan is not transferable to another bicycle. All products must be physically brought to an ERIK'S location for work. No reimbursements for transportation or work done at non-ERIK'S locations is included. The cost of parts is NOT included. Service plans cover labor only.
