Can you return an online Lids order in store?

Lids allows all merchandise, with original receipt or packing slip, to be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase to any of our local retail stores (exclusions may apply), or by mail to our Customer Care Department.

Can you return a stitched hat at Lids?

Our Return Process is simple and hassle free. You can return your merchandise to our warehouse up to 90 days from your item's ship date. Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels.

Yes, you can return an item to Lids without a receipt and packing slip, but the company will either exchange your item for a different one or provide merchandise credit via a gift card, which means you won't be able to get a refund.
