If you would like to return your Funko purchase, we're here to help! You may return your Funko merchandise within 15 days of receiving your order and we will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund. Please return the item(s) in the original box and packaging.
What do I do if my Funko order is damaged?
While we can't promise mint condition, if a Funko product has a significant defect or damage, please contact our Customer Service team for help. Do funko pops come sealed?
We design our packaging to protect the collectibles inside, and we do not seal our boxes for this very reason. We encourage you to take your Pop! figures and other products out of the boxes to enjoy them! Even if you choose to keep your figures in the boxes, we are not able to replace packaging.

Nothing. Funko pops are made from vinyl which is produced in a way which makes a vinyl shell of a figure which is hollow inside which helps with the weight and also the semi pliable texture of the figure.
