Strolleria informed they do not accept returns, which I would understand if I simply didnt like the product but to not accept a return on a defective item they sent me doesnt seem right or fair. I paid for a working stroller not one that I have to take apart and repair when it is brand new.

In the rare event that a package is lost, Strolleria will work with the shipping company to conduct a lost package search.
