Our shipping includes a myriad of other services such as packaging, fulfillment, and general shipping costs. Gooten shipping starts from packaging your products straight from production to fulfilling your orders and then ends with shipping your orders to your customers.
Can I exchange or reship my order with gooten?
Gooten can only reship it or issue a reprint (depending on our vendor) for a returned order. Gooten does not offer exchanges for products that are ordered. We do not have an inventory of products and due to the one-off and highly personalized nature of print on demand, we do not maintain stock to exchange items.

What happens if you receive the wrong product in your order?
If you receive the wrong product in your order. The order is lost in transit and the initial shipping address for the order doesn't need to be changed. The order is lost in transit and the actual shipping time exceeds the general shipping timeframe for orders.
How long does it take to get a refund from Amazon?
Any and all claims that are requesting reprints, refunds, returns, and/ or for any reason must be submitted within 4 weeks of receiving your order or your expected delivery date.

Does Gooten accept returns?
Gooten does not accept returned orders. There are a couple of scenarios in which an order may be returned though. Some of our vendors will accept returned orders if the return address is the vendor address. You as a partner can accept returns if the return address is your address.
Does Gooten replace like for like?
If your order has a product out-of-stock, Gooten will substitute like-for-like garments on your behalf. We will only substitute garments if the new garment has a color-match and if the new garment is equal or of greater quality compared to the original garment.

Gooten does not provide custom insert or packaging for products that are ordered. As your orders are packaged by our vendors and with the sheer volume of orders being processed by our vendors, we cannot cause disruptions in packaging.

What is user generated content?

How long does it take to notify Gooten of a defective product?
You must inform Gooten of the issue within three (3) days of delivery of the allegedly defective Product and provide reasonable evidence of the defect. Gooten is not responsible for Products that are lost, damaged, or delayed in transit. Gooten will work with you to address problems with shipping suppliers.
What is Gooten Services?
Gooten uses the Services to process user orders for Products (“ Orders ”), accept images for the purpose of providing Products, process user payments, aggregate user Orders, and transfer them to a network of unaffiliated, third party manufacturers (each, a “ Vendor ”) for production and fulfillment .

As used herein, “ you ” and “ user ” are used interchangeably and refer to any individual that visits the site or uses the Services and/or the entity named as the account holder on the site. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such company to these Terms.
Can Gooten terminate my account?
Gooten may immediately terminate or suspend access to your Account, in its sole discretion and without notice, for conduct that Gooten reasonably believes is: (i) illegal, fraudulent, harassing or abusive, (ii) a violation of these Terms, or (iii) harmful to other users, third parties, or Gooten’s business.
Can you change your email address on Gooten?
You must advise Gooten of any change in your name or the address, phone number and/or email address associated with your account. Name, address, email and phone number changes can be made within your Gooten account or by contacting Partner Support.
How long does it take to ship a product internationally?
Delivery times are longer (it may take up to 30 business days due to customs delays), and not all products have consolidated shipping when shipping internationally.
Does Gooten ship overnight?
Gooten currently offers standard, expedi ted, and overnight shipping for most of the products shipped to the US and standard for most international orders. The production time is not included in the shipping time estimates.
