How to clean Grovemade felt?
Use a damp rag to rub the wood clean, then dab it dry with a clean cloth. If needed, use a diluted solution of water and mild dish soap on a rag and wipe dry. This is not a necessary step, but if you would like to re-oil the wood, you can use boiled linseed oil.

How long does it take to get Grove collaborative?
This might be dependent on where you are located. I am in North Carolina, and it usually only takes three to four days to get my Grove orders. I don't think 3-4 days is bad, but in an age where people are used to getting things next day, it may be a small issue for some.

Does Grove ship APO?
We wish we could get Grove Collaborative into the hands of everyone, but currently, we are only able to ship to the contiguous US. By placing a Grovemade minimalist knife order with Grovemade, LLC, the customer verifies that they are over 18 years of age and are aware of all local, state and federal laws regarding the possession or carrying of the products they are ordering. Grovemade, LLC shall be held blameless for any infraction of laws by the purchaser.
Domestic Shipping
We ship via United Parcel Service (UPS) to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands (please note that we are unable to ship to APO addresses). We do not ship to PO boxes. Orders are processed within one to two business days.
International Shipping
Most items ship together, but some items may ship separately. If you receive a partial shipment, check your order status to see the expected shipping date for the remaining items.

It should be noted that there are personal shopper services that can help you buy from any store, including Grovemade, even if they block or don’t ship to freight forwarders.
Does Grovemade ship to the US?
If Grovemade doesn’t ship to your country then you need to ship your item (s) to a U.S. package forwarder who will then ship your package to your international location.
