You will receive a return confirmation by e-mail. The return will be processed within 24 hours on the original payment method. The staff is not able to give you any cash in return and you can’t exchange items within the store.

All G-Star.com orders can be delivered either to your home or to a pick up point of your choice, but you can also choose to pick up your order at your local G-Star store. Simply follow the steps below:
