Can I return my SCUF?
All SCUF controllers are made to order and as such, we accept returns for defective products only, in original packaging with all seals intact. You have 14 days, from the day of delivery, to return your controller to us.
Can I get a refund for SCUF controller?
A refund will be issued via the original payment method 5 to 7 business days after your controller has been received at our facility. As all SCUF controllers are hand-made to your specifications, there is a 15% restocking fee for all non-defective product returns. Original shipping costs will also not be refunded.

Can you return a SCUF controller to Gamestop?
PSA: If you ordered a Scuf Vantage from Gamestop, you cannot return it once it's been opened. Probably explains why Scuf put everything from the accessories down to the manuel and booklet in a zipped sealed bag. Prevents returns. If your unsure about wanting to keep this controller, do not open those bags.
What is the lifespan of a SCUF controller?
The lifespan of a SCUF thumbstick will depend on how often you use your controller and whether you are hard or light on your thumbstick pressure. Similar to a marathon runner with running shoes, if you game 8 hours a day and are heavy on your thumbsticks, then maybe only a few months.
Can you cancel your SCUF order?
If you have a SCUF account, you can cancel your order directly through the tab “My Orders” on our website. A refund will be issued via the original payment method within 3 business days after the cancellation is processed.
Why is my SCUF drifting?
If you are continuing to experience “drift”, “slowturn” or unintended thumbstick movement, it is possibly because the game you are playing has tight “deadzone” settings or you may have modified those settings. Resolving the problem is as easy as adjusting the “deadzone”.
Are SCUF controllers legal?
Each SCUF controller is fitted with a unique, tamperproof SCUF seal of approval. This guarantees the controller was built by a certified SCUF technician. Ensuring the controller is legal to use at major tournaments including Call of Duty League, Gfinity, ESL, SFCO, EGL and more.
