Returns Policy
If you'd like to return your order for any reason then you have up to 30 days (excluding the extended Christmas returns period) to return your item (s) for a refund as long as your order is still in the new, unused condition that it was sent in . Do not attach any tape or delivery labels directly to the box and please make sure that the box is suitably protected from the weather during transit (popping in a carrier/bin bag and sealing with some tape is a great alternative to expensive mailing bags). HEYDUDE reserves the right to refuse a refund if the goods are deemed to have been damaged, worn or tampered with.
