Incorrect size charts, return policy on underwear (ew.) customer service takes forever and asks you to do stupid things, if you live in another country you will pay DUTIES. $50 duties on $100 of items. In fact, they were out of stock of items I had, didn't email me, just shipped. So now I have panties with no matching bra.
